Where can I print my digital art?
If you're looking for high-quality prints, I highly recommend using a professional printing service. Printing at home can have varying results on color/quality.
Here are some quality print services available in the US:

Can I use your artworks commercially?

• You are NOT permitted to use, share or distribute or reproduce our files for commercial use or resale in any form.
• You are not permitted to use files to edit or make changes to then in turn use for commercial use or resale in any form.
• Each design is exclusive to CosmiaDesigns.
What type of paper should I choose for printing?
A heavyweight matte paper or card stock is great budget friendly choice.
Premium archival fine art paper, or printing on canvas will result in the most authentic art reproductions.
I purchased a square 1:1 ratio file, but the print shop does not offer square size, what should I do?
Please see the FAQ above for "Where can I print my digital art?" to see some online options that offer square prints (as of the time writing this).
Another option, you should be able to fit the square image into a different size print and trim down to size manually. For example, if your print shop only offers 8x10 but you need an 8x8 - you would leave a border of white space at the top or bottom of the square image placed in the size offered- when the print is received you would then need to trim off the excess white area yourself (ideally with a paper trimmer) which if done correctly would then make an 8x8 from the 8x10 print size.
However, I would highly suggest searching online to find a print shop that does offer square sizes.
I see a Digital Download artwork in your shop that I like, but want to order it printed & shipped to me instead of a download - can you do that?
Great question! While I have been trying to add the PRINTED & SHIPPED option for most of my digital art listings, I am still a new shop and have been busy updating the listings as I can. Feel free to send me a message and let me know what you want as a canvas print instead of digital download, I will do my best to see if I can add more options or another listing.
Care instructions
Canvas Prints - If the canvas does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth.
Pillows & Pillow Cases - Remove the pillow cover. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water. Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean. Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer gift wrapping and packaging at this time.
I have an issue with my order, what do I do?
While my shop has a no return policy on certain items (see item details for return policies) - if you have an issue with your order (ie. received the wrong digital file or design, wrong file size, physical product was damaged, etc.) PLEASE reach out to me through Etsy messaging and I will do my best to help resolve any issues. I strive for quality and your satisfaction is important to me!
I need a different file size or aspect ratio than what is listed, can you create a different size for me?
